Customers can request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of their original purchase for eligible hosting services.
To qualify, the refund request must be submitted within the specified 7-day period and verified by the BULLHOST support team.
2Eligible Services for Refund
Our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to the following hosting services:

Refund requests for these services will be considered in accordance with this policy.
3Non-Refundable Services
The following services are not eligible for refunds:
- VPS Server
- Domain Registration
Customers are advised to review their selected services carefully before completing a purchase.
4Refund Deduction Policy
For every approved refund on eligible hosting services, only a 4% payment gateway charge will be deducted from the original payment amount.
No additional service fee will be charged under this refund policy.
The remaining 96% of the original payment amount will be refunded after approval.
5Refund Method – UPI
All approved refunds will be processed through UPI, subject to payment verification and availability.
Customers may be required to provide their valid UPI ID and order details to complete the refund process. BULLHOST may verify the original transaction before issuing the refund.
6Refund Request and Processing
To request a refund, customers must contact the BULLHOST support team through the official website's support channels.
Please provide:
- Registered email address
- Order ID or invoice number
- Purchased hosting plan
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Valid UPI ID, if required
Our team will review the request and notify the customer of the outcome. Once approved, the refund will be initiated within a reasonable processing period.
